The SOA of New York has created this website to provide useful and timely information to all harness racing participants at Yonkers Raceway.  Along with information about the mission and inner workings of our SOA, we’ve included licensing and membership forms, as well as useful Yonkers racing information, which should be of interest to all horsemen racing or thinking of racing here at Yonkers.

Our quarterly Newsletters and breaking news Bulletins will be posted as they are written, and stopping here often will make you among the first to know about new developments at Yonkers and in our industry.
