Mellby Jinx becomes fourth horse to accept invite to MGM Yonkers International Trot in 2026

Sweden will have their 2nd representative in this year’s Yonkers International Trot (along with Bourbonista S) as the connections of Mellby Jinx have accepted an invitation to compete in this year’s $1,000,000 race. The 8 year old is trained and driven by Daniel Wajersten, who you might remember, was sent off favored with his Gio Cash in last year’s race, finishing an unlucky 4th (when trapped through the stretch behind the winner, Lexus Kody).
