SOA of NY and MGM Yonkers agree to a 1-month extension of the current Horsemen's Agreement
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
We are pleased to report that the SOA of New York and MGM Yonkers have agreed to a one-month extension of the current Horsemen’s Agreement that was to expire this Saturday night. This will allow the parties the time necessary to negotiate a comprehensive, long-term Horsemen’s Agreement. Also, please be advised that the New York State Gaming Commission has approved race dates for the full month of June.
